Cover-More, part of Zurich’s global group, provides travel insurance and medical assistance services through a workforce that includes nurses, doctors and frontline coordinators around the world. For Gerarda Luck, Head of People Operations, payroll accuracy is non-negotiable. But in Australia’s industrial relations system, compliance is rarely straightforward.

“Australian awards are incredibly complicated. Compared to the US, UK, Malaysia or China, ours are way more complex. The more you learn, the more you realise there’s a lot more out there you don’t know.”
