Our mission

The mission of our data engineering team is to seamlessly ingest, transform, and serve data to our internal clients, empowering them with accurate, reliable and timely information.

The values we live by

Our data team fosters collaboration, working closely with stakeholders, internal users and clients to understand their data ecosystem and needs. We maintain integrity, respecting privacy, confidentiality and security. Cultivating curiosity, we are hungry for growth.

Ways of working

The data and analytics team is predominantly remote-first; we come into the office rarely. To maintain collaboration and team spirit, we communicate in real time through Asana, Slack or Notion.

Tools and technology

We use Python, Docker and GitHub to write data pipelines, analyse data and collaborate on and document projects. AWS is also a commonly used platform within our team.
