Cover-More, provides travel insurance and medical assistance services through a workforce that includes nurses, doctors and frontline coordinators around the world. For Gerarda Luck, Head of People Operations, payroll accuracy is non-negotiable. But in Australia’s industrial relations system, compliance is rarely straightforward.
